RENTABLE STUDIO SPACE

Station No. 1 is a creative rentable studio located in Goodrich, Michigan. Originally established in 1939 as the Atlas Township Fire Station the building is adorned with intricate brickwork and features two large fire station bay doors. Inside, Station No. 1 offers 1,200 sq. feet with an open floor plan, high ceilings and exposed brick. The space also features a modern and stylish kitchenette and two bathrooms. The versatile space can be transformed to suit a variety of needs. We provide a unique and innovative experience for our clients by providing a place to create, connect and celebrate. We host workshops, meetings, pop-up shops, or other creative ideas. Our vision is to bring the community together and offer experiences that enrich the lives of those in and around Goodrich.
